Premium Ticket Rescheduling Service

Premium ticket holders can reschedule their class right here, via Email. We do require at least ten minutes advance notice of your inability to attend class.  Please include the last name of the purchaser and the date of the class when contacting us. You will then be issued a discount code, usable just like a gift certificate, to register for your next class. This code will never expire, so it's easy to pick the perfect time and topic for your next session!

    If you need a speedy reply, please click on "email us" or "ask a public question". However, if you prefer to to talk to our robot salesman, he can be reached at 215-965-1514. Please be aware he is very quirky, and does not always return calls promptly, if at all. It's always best to email. We'd fire him, but he scares us (and we can't call 911 without him).
